

Born October 30, 1933 in Halifax, he was the son of the late Frank Brama and Elsie Francis Guill and was also preceded in death by his wife, Edna Fitzgerald Guill; a son, Johnny Ray Guill; two brothers, William Thomas Guill and Carlton Frank Guill and a sister, Sarah Frances Worrells. Allen was the former owner of Guill Painting and of Amherst Mobile Home Park and was a member of Calvary Cross Baptist Church.
Allen will be forever remembered by his loving sisters, Betty Guill Iseman, Catherine Tomlin, and Carolyn Brooks and his beloved children, Lewis A. Guill, Jr. and wife, Deborah, Mark Shane Guill, Jeffrey Lynn Guill, Sr., and Robin Guill; treasured grandchildren, Jeffery Allen Guill, Lindy Guill Cash, Meghan Viar, Timothy Guill, Cody Hamilton, C.E. Hamilton, Jr., Katie Ann Hamilton, Mark Shane Guill, Jr., Steven Guill, Dalota Chance Guill, Dawn Guill, Jeffrey Lynn Guill, Jr. and Helena Kidd; great-grandchildren, Shawn Hamilton, Benjamin Jeffrey Cash, Kayla Guill, Colton Webster, Kyleigh Hamilton, Mikayla Guill, and Taylor Guill, along with countless other family and friends, whom were blessed to know him.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 27, 2011 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with the Rev. Gary Moore officiating. Following the service, Allen will be laid to rest in Briarwood Memorial Gardens in Faulconerville.
The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m., Friday, August 26, 2011 at the funeral home and other times at Lewis and Debbie Guill’s home in Madison Heights.
