She was born in Nelson County on December 17, 1930, daughter of the late Claud N. Dodd and the late Mary M. Dodd.
She was a retired hairdresser and was a member of Temple Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, C.D. Campbell, Jr. and wife Judy and Barry Campbell and wife Marilyn; six brothers and sisters, Philip Dodd, Audrey Dodd Bell, Juliet Hughes, Edward Dodd, Sr., Genevieve Byers and Katherine Wall. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, March 27, 2023 at the mausoleum of Fort Hill Memorial Park.
