Myrna Lawhorne Saunders

Born May 12, 1946 in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of the late Carl Edward Lawhorne and Marion Powell Tucker. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Lawhorne and a sister, Sonja Stephens.

Mrs. Saunders was a retired waitress, and formerly worked at the Ramada Inn. She was of Baptist faith.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Saunders is survived by her daughters, Susan E. Saunders and Tamara L. Casey and husband, Mike; one sister, Linda Seigla; a brother, Mike Tucker and wife Wanda; five nieces, Dana Harmon, Katina Faris, Angelita Seigla, Shari Merrill, and Shawnee Acree; two nephews, James Seigla, and Keith Michael Tucker, Jr. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Erica L Casey (Todd), Timothy W. Casey, and Shannon M. Casey (Brandon); six great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Hope Lawhorne and eight great nieces and nephews.
