Born July 24, 1948 in Lynchburg, he was the son of the late Henry Richard and Edith Daniel Goine and was also preceded in death by his brother, Henry Goine. Mr. Goine was a retired truck driver with Taylor Ramsey and was U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Goine is survived by his sister, Sandra Goine of Lynchburg. He is also survived by other special family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 p.m., Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Whitten Monelison Chapel.
