Roy Lee Campbell

Born in Lynchburg, November 25, 1940, he was the son of the late Roy Campbell and Virginia Waller Campbell. He was retired from Unifirst Uniform Company and was a member of Thomas Road Baptist Church.

Roy is survived by five children, Robert Campbell and his wife Beth of Lynchburg, Mark Campbell and his wife Vickie of Madison Heights, Glenn Campbell and his girlfriend Lisa Cooke of Madison Heights, Bryan Campbell and his wife Sherry of Amherst and Brad Campbell and his wife Monica of Concord; three brothers, Thomas Campbell and his wife Nancy of Lynchburg, Clyde Campbell and his wife Geraldine of New London and Lemuel Campbell of Monroe; 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

A service celebrating his life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with the Rev. David Heerspink officiating. Interment will follow in Fort Hill Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, October 26, 2015 at Whitten Monelison Chapel.
