Born May 24th, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Henry and Helen Proffitt Robbins.
Sheila had been retired and enjoyed flower gardening, traveling, spending time with friends, and especially being with her granddaughters.
She is survived by one daughter Tracy Daniel and husband Richard, three granddaughters, Brittany, Amanda, and Faith Daniel, four brothers, Rodney Robbins, Lawrence Robbins and wife Cathy, Danny Robbins, and Joel Robbins, one sister Karen Moreland and husband Mark. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Good Samaritan Hospice for their wonderful care.
A graveside service will be held Friday October 9th, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in Tree of Life Cemetery Wards Rd., Altavista, VA. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday October 8th, at Whitten Funeral Home in Madison Heights.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Good Samaritan Hospice 4751 Cove Rd. Roanoke, VA 24017.
