Timothy Earl Fitzgerald, 54, of Glade Hill, passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021. Born on April 6, 1967 in Lynchburg he was the son of the Mable Elizabeth Banton Fitzgerald and the late Wayne Leroy Fitzgerald. Timothy served our country in the United States Army and was an Iron Worker. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and mushroom hunting. His service to the US Army was very important to him and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Timothy is survived by 4 children; 2 grandchildren; 4 siblings; and numerous other family members.
A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Fort Hill Memorial Park with his brother, Darrell Fitzgerald officiating. Military honors will be presented by the American Legion Post 16.
