

Born in Des Moines, Iowa, August 1, 1951, she was a daughter of the late William Mullen and Verna Lee Lilley Mullen. Wanda had worked for many years in the Hotel and Hospitality industry and she was an Endowed member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was a woman of great faith, and was a devoted wife and mother.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, Tina Mosbaugh of Amherst, Will Ramsey, IV, Samantha Duda, and Caryn Ramsey all of Las Vegas, NV; Six brothers, William Mullen, Jr., Robert Mullen and James Mullen all of Williamsburg, John Mullen and Otis Mullen both of Lanexa, VA, Herman Mullen of Las Vegas and Sam Mullen of Imperial, CA; two sisters, Lois Dainack of Washington, Utah and Joyce Smith of San Jacinto, CA and seven grandchildren, Jaylyn Booker, Tia Booker, Qwon Booker, Lorenzo Linsey, Raymone Linsey, Mackenzie Osgood and Logan Duda.
A memorial service led by Bishop Roskelley was held Thursday evening at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Lynchburg.
The family requests in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 110 Melinda Drive, Lynchburg, VA 24502.
