Born December 30, 1968 in Lynchburg, he was the son of Etta Jean Earles Cyrus of Madison Heights and the late Butch Davidson. He was a self-employed plumber, who also had worked for various plumbing companies.
Ross is survived by two daughters, Katherine Davidson of Madison Heights and Shannon Davidson of Hurt; two sons, William R. “Ross” Davidson, Jr. of Madison Heights and Jacob Davidson of Amherst; two brothers, Gregory Paul Davidson of Madison Heights and Frederick Douglas Scruggs, Jr. and wife Kim of Lynchburg; a sister, Kimberly S. Byers and husband Monte of Madison Heights and one grandchild, Raegan Bailey. Ross is also survived by his step-father, Morris Cyrus of Madison Heights.
