Born in Lynchburg, he was the son of William Francis Quinn and Margaret Cyrus Quinn, both of whom preceded him in death. A graduate of Nelson County High School, he was a member of the Baptist church, an employee of WalMart and an avid music fan.
He is survived by two sisters, Rebecca Macrina and her husband Joseph of Whitehall, Pa., and Jayne Freakley and her husband Edwin of Forest; three aunts, Mary Ehnot and her husband John of Oaks, Pa., Virginia Radford and her husband Charles of Forest, and Mrs. John L. Quinn of Appomattox and an uncle, Willie Cyrus and his wife Virginia of Gladstone.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Briarwood Cemetery in Amherst.
