Alice Charlene Huddleston, 90, of Charleston went to be with the Lord on June 17th 2025.
She was born May 27, 1935 in Montgomery a daughter of Claude and Gertrude Craig Simms of Smithers. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Norma Strickland.
Charlene is survived by her loving husband of 66 years John. In addition to her husband she is survived by her son Mark ( Whitney) Huddleston of Elkview, daughter Susan (Paul) Gardner of Miami, FL, three grandchildren, Ryan Gardner, Taylor & Joshua Huddleston. A special thanks to her caretaker Gloria Kinney for the past few years.
Celebration of Charlene's life will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 20, 2025 at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden with Pastor Rick Wilkinson officiating.
Gathering of family and friends will be from noon until time of service at the funeral home.
Private family burial will take place at Montgomery Memorial Park, London at a later date.
