Clifford was born in Charleston on January 20, 1971 to Linda Walker Layton and the late Clifford Layton Jr. He was a Masonry Worker with Wilson Restoration and a member of the Ohio Brick Layers Union. He was loved and will be missed by his family.
Clifford is survived by his wife, Deborah Layton of Charleston; daughter, Farrah Lynn Layton (Justin) of Cross Lanes; son, Joseph Lee Layton of North Carolina; mother, Linda Walker Layton; brother, Jeff (Lisa) Layton of Racine; and several nieces and nephews.
Cremation has been honored and there will be no services.
