Franklin C. Bowles

Franklin C. Bowles, 84 of Campbell’s Creek passed away August 4, 2015 of heart failure. Frank was born May 8, 1931 at Tad, WV, the son of the late James Flem & Francis Carte Bowles. He was also preceded in death by his son, Ricky; brothers, Orville & James Bowles. He served in the US Army, stationed in Germany and France. He was employed by the Terminix Company. He loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting. He accepted Christ in 2001 and loved watching SBN. It was interesting hearing him talk about the Bible. He had an insight of the end times. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Frank is survived by his sons, Bobby, James & Franklin Bowles; his sister, Ruby Bowles Skiles; four grandsons, one granddaughter and one great granddaughter; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday August 8, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden with Pastor Danny Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Bowles Cemetery, Liberty, WV. A Visitation with family & friends will be held from 11:00 AM until service time on Saturday at the Funeral Home.
