Janet Lucille Moles

Janet was born at Ward, West Virginia, on January 11, 1942, to the late Matthew and Frances Smith Walker. She was a retired secretary with WV DHHR and a faithful member of Perryville Baptist Church.

Along with her parents, Janet was preceded in death by sisters, Ruth Ann Leshon and Nola Elam; and brothers, Henry and Pete Walker.

She is survived by her sons, Terrance Lee (Sam) Walker of Greenville, North Carolina and Michael Ray Moles Jr. of Charleston; sisters, Edna George and Betty Mack, both of Campbells Creek and Gaylene (Jimmy) Rose of St. Albans; brother, Ronnie (Nadine) Walker of Campbells Creek; grandchildren, Kathryn and Matthew Walker; and five great-grandchildren.

Cremation is being honored and there will be a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Perryville Baptist Church with Rev. John McCutcheon officiating.
