Kathy was born in Charleston on February 21, 1952, to the late Harry Vincent and Emogene Leftwich Meadows.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Calvin Mullins; son, Dewayne Allen Mullins.
She is survived by her son, David Allen (Nancy) Mullins; special friends, Geraldine Bryant, Anita Stegall, Jessica Brown and Dakota Stegall all of Charleston.
Cremation has been honored and no services has been scheduled at this time.
