Linda Sue Jarrett

Linda was a lifelong resident of the Charleston area. She graduated from Charleston High School and Marshall University. Linda taught kindergarten at Overbrook Elementary for 33 years. She also was a 39 year member of Village Chapel Presbyterian Church, where she was a teacher and youth leader.

Linda is survived by her husband, Mike; and her sons, Rich Jarrett and spouse, Daniel Spann, of Alexandria, Virginia and Jonathan Jarrett, wife, Michiko and grandson, David, of Brunswick, Maryland.

She is also survived by her mother, Ann Neal of Charleston; sister, Lea Anna Gosnell and husband, Darryl, of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and brother, Robert Neal of Charleston. Linda also leaves behind many loving aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and grand-nieces.

Linda’s memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, at Village Chapel Presbyterian Church in Kanawha City. Visitation will be one hour prior to her service at Village Chapel.
