Michael Roy Sneed

Michael was born in Charleston to Mickie Bowles and the late Damon Sneed. As a child growing up he attended the Oak Ridge Bible Church. He was a 1984 graduate of Charleston High School where he excelled in football and wrestling. He was an avid sports fan. He was also an over the road Chemical Tank Driver and worked for several area trucking companies. He was a US Marine Veteran.

Along with his father he was preceded in death by a brother, David W. Sneed; step-father, Claude W. Bowles; and several other Sneed family members.

Michael is survived by daughter, Heather Sneed; mother, Mickie Bowles both of Charleston; wife, Judith Sneed of Franklin, NC; half-sister, Claudia Bowles Dangerfield of Charleston; half-brother, Judd Sneed of Livingston, TX; his dog, Rocko and many other extended family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 PM on Wednesday September 1, 2021 at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden with Pastor Ray Stonestreet officiating. Burial with Military Rites will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.

A visitation with family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service.
