

Our dear Aunt, Nancy Wills, of Campbells Creek passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 89. Her family will miss her deeply; her warmth and laughter will remain in our hearts forever. Nancy was a sister, aunt and a dear friend whose kindness left an impression on all she met.
Nancy was a lifelong member of the Coal Fork United Methodist Church, and she enjoyed seeing her church family each week. Nancy loved to travel and enjoyed eating at her favorite restaurants and of course shopping.
Preceding her in death are her parents, Wilbur and Merlie Wills; her sisters, Ellen Riley, Kitty Robinson, Sally Dabney, and Faye Shafer.
Nancy is survived by her brother-in-law, Cotton Dabney; her nieces and nephew, Peggy Holstine, James Riley, Kathy Riley, Nancy Kennedy, Sandy Dabney, Teresa Valentino, Dee Ann Siders, Joyce Means, and Susan Ledsome. Along with her very extended family of many great-nieces and -nephews and great-great nieces and nephews and great-great-great nieces and nephews. Also, she is survived by her longtime special friend, Haskel Jones.
Our family would like to also say Thank you to the caregivers Erica Collins, Julie Layton,and Zeida Collins for all the care and passion they gave to Nancy.
Thank you to the staff at Brookdale Assisted Living facility for the care they gave to Nancy while there.
Nancy loved dogs, so in lieu of flowers, we believe Nancy would have liked donations made to Kanawha Charleston Humane Association, 1248 Greenbrier Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25311.
Our family hopes everyone that knew Nancy will join us on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden with a visitation with family and friends, starting at 12:00 Noon followed with a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Pete Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
