She was born June 1, 1956, to the late Shirley and Lucille (Phillips) Clendenin. Also preceding her in death were her brothers, Larry, Donnie Gene Clendenin.
Patricia loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She enjoyed cooking and playing Bingo.
She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Lawrence; sons, Shawn and Chad Smith; daughters, Barbara Smith and Amanda Jones; brothers, Roger and Dennis Clendenin; sisters, Teresa Tofi, Carolyn Hyson, Angie Clendenin and Linda Saunders; 10 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be 2:00pm, Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden with J.R. Perdue officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be one hour prior to the service.
