Patrick was born in Charleston on March 17, 1953, to the late Clifford and Lillian Long Williams. He was a former Cook at Cracker Barrel and a US Air Force Veteran.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Pell Williams.
Patrick is survived by his brothers, Gary (Paula) Williams of Charleston and Paul (Debbie) Williams of Arizona; special nephew, Robert Williams of Chelyan and several other nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service with Military Rites will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar.
