Shirley was retired from CAMC and was a member of the Spring Fork Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold and Edna Layton Moore; and husband, Shirley Harmon.
She is survived by her daughter, Penny (Steven) Proctor; grandchildren, Roger Epperley, Dakota Proctor, Brandy Epperley and Angel Leigh Proctor; and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2014, at Spring Fork Missionary Baptist Church, Campbells Creek, with Pastor Mike Long officiating. The burial will follow the service in Montgomery Memorial Park, London.
Family and friends may call on Friday from 11:00 a.m. till service time at the Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be sent to Penny Proctor, 3685 Springfield Drive, Charleston, West Virginia 25306 to help with funeral expenses.
