Victoria Ann Walker, 65, of Belle, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2016, at Select Specialty Hospital, Charleston. Vicki was born in Ward on February 7, 1951, to the late John and Frona Ellen Simms Proctor. She was a homemaker. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Robin Thacker, Barbara Bartley and Ellen. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Walker of Belle; daughter, Amy Walker of Huntington; sister, Louise Davis of Florida; grandchildren, Aila Brimat and Thomas Walker; great grandchildren, Maxtrix, Tritan and Winston Walker. A private memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden.
