Wayne made the double headstone for our parents. He did a beautiful job just as we wanted. We shared pictures w/family and everyone was pleased with his work. He also cleaned out my driveway one year when it snowed about 15 inches for free. i really did appreciate it.

I just learned of Wayne's passing moments ago and am deeply saddened. He has been a life long friend and I'll always cherish the time we spent together while growing up on Starling Drive. I lost my daughter almost five years ago. Wayne opened and closed her grave. That was the last time I saw and talked to him. Always a trusting friend. Deepest sympathies to Buddy and all of Wayne's family. I share your grief. I know this isn't goodbye. I'll see you again some day. "Precious Memories".

Just received the news. Our world is a lesser place without Wayne. I remember my Dad before he passed told Wayne he would love to get to the top of old baldy and see the view of Charleston. Wayne was determined to make it work. We took 4-wheelers as far as we could then walked the rest of the way. I still have today the picture of Wayne and my Dad with their arms across each others shoulder smiling from ear to ear. God needed another Angel for sure. I hope to live my life as Wayne and my Dads' so I can see the smile on their faces when they see me. I have lived in Florida for a couple years now but it seems like only yesterday seeing Wayne and shaking his big strong hand. In church when he would see me, he would come to say hi and welcome ! If our world was full of men like Wayne we would have no problems. My prayers to all his family. May God bless your hearts. Rest in peace Wayne. We will meet again my friend.

Wayne was my church mate. He is kind and loving. The kind of person that is so easy to be with. I will greatly miss him.

His Lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things. I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.
...Matthew 25:21...

I believed Wayne to be a very thoughtful and kind man. Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. I knew Wayne through his wife Chris. Chris and I were coworkers for the same company. Wayne was very faithful to his church. My daughter was going to be married at the same time the church was having some construction for its new gym. Things didn't work out for her to be married there, but Wayne had done all he could. Wayne's company also put our family name on my parents tombstone. He seemed to me like a big teddy bear very loveable guy and would do just about anything he could to help anyone. I am sure he was loved by lots of people. Chris, Cindy, Grant, Andrew and Timothy, I am so sorry for your loss.
Love and Prayers,
Your friend and sister in Christ,
