Wendi was born to Ronald Stover and Teresa Stone on December 14, 1971, in Charleston, West Virginia and grew up on Campbells Creek. Shortly after graduating from DuPont High School, Wendi gave birth to her one and only daughter, Kelci Syntell Jackson, whom she deeply adored and cherished.
Wendi made many friends over the span of her life. She had a great sense of humor, and her laugh would make you laugh even harder. She was employed by Suddenlink for many years and as of recently had worked for Molina Healthcare and Gino’s where she made dear friends as well. She loved talking to her daughter daily, being at home watching a good movie or TV show, and she also loved spending time with her dog, Ice.
One thing everyone knew about Wendi is that she wholeheartedly loved her daughter. She was the true definition of a mother who would do anything in this world to make sure her daughter was taken care and happy. Wendi instilled determination, a strong-will, and a kind spirit that will forever live through her daughter.
Wendi will be welcomed by her father, Ronald Stover, and her maternal grandparents, Harold aka “Paw Paw Gene” and Georgia aka “Maw Maw Georgie” Stone. She leaves to cherish heartfelt memories to her mother, Teresa Stone; a sister, Angie (Eddie) Woods; and two nieces, Ashley and Madison.
Her legacy will continue to live through her beautiful daughter, Kelci Syntell Jackson, who would like to thank everyone for their kind words and thoughtfulness at this time.
At Wendi’s request, cremation will be honored and there will be no services.
