Art, Jack and I were members of USMC platoon 445 at Parris Island (Boot camp) back in 1954-55.  Good times (and some bad times) but we were and always will be Marines. Where is Jack?

I am so very sorry to hear about the passing of Uncle Artie.  My heart goes out to you and your family.  Uncle Art will always be remembered for his beautiful smile, big heart, friendly ways and most of all his warm presence.  He will be missed a great deal.  I have many special summer memories as a child of Uncle Art that I will always hold onto in my heart.  He will be deeply missed. "Jack&Art" - always voiced in the same breath when we were kids - were always exciting to see at family events.
