Betty L Baugh

Betty was born in Bordentown NJ and her family moved to Beach Haven Terrace when she was 8 years old. Her parents George and Louise Gaskill purchased a large tract of land on the bay which they developed into Gaskills Dock and Marina (now Southwicks Marina).

Betty had a warm heart, a caring soul, was full of kindness, liked everyone she met, and loved to ride her bicycle for miles visiting all of her friends.

Betty was married to Clarence Baugh (Sonny) for 52 years and they traveled back and forth from NJ to Florida most of their lives. She worked at Polly’s Dock and at Uncle Wills Pancake House for many years.

Betty was predeceased by her husband Clarence, and her children George, Robin,and Nancy Baugh. She is survived by her son Steve Baugh and his wife Kathleen Jackson, step-child Linda Joy Lewis, grandchildren, Eli, Kevin, Pearl, and Coral Baugh, and daughter-in-law Linda Baugh, nephew Sam Baugh, and niece Marilyn Sheimreif.
