Dylan passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018 peacefully with his family surrounding him. He battled his disease his whole life and his little body got tired.
He was predeceased by his grandfather, George Sprague and his grandmother, Dorothy Henderson.
Dylan is survived by his mother, Tracy Sprague, his father, Frank, step-mom, Kim and his siblings, Christopher, Justin, Morgan, Jillian, James, Frank, Brooke, and Megan. His is also survived by his nephew, Cody, his nieces, Aaliyah, Brianna and Scarlett, his grandmother, Sue Remolde and grandfather, John Lawrence. He is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
We would like to thank all his outstanding doctor’s at Children’s Hospital and all his special nurses, aides, and friends for the kindness they showed to Dylan and to us.
Dylan loved music, his favorites were any Rap Music and the “Happy Birthday” song. He loved being the center of attention and if he wasn’t, he made sure he fought his way to be noticed and heard.
He touched the lives of so many people. His smile and laugh were contagious. He was a true Superhero.
If you asked him who was “The Man” he’d reply by banging his fist to his chest saying “ME!” He is a 2015 graduate from Royer Greaves School for Blind & Disabled in Paoli, PA.
We will miss his high fives and his kisses.
