He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Gayle, his children and his grandchildren.
Prior to his retirement, Frank worked as a paving contractor for many years.
He was an avid fisherman.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2017 from 7:00pm-9:00pm at the Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home, 10 Hilliard Dr., Manahawkin, NJ
