

She attended St Mary’s high school in Paterson NJ and the Latin American Institute in New York City. She had a career as an Executive Assistant eventually retiring as the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent of Franklin Lakes Public Schools. She was an active parishioner at Our Lady of Perpetual Help RC Church in Oakland NJ and Saint Francis RC Church on Long Beach Island, NJ.
An avid gardener, Isabel was of Italian immigrant descent with a large extended family, and nothing was ever more important to her than her family and extensive circle of friends. Her loving nature and smile were endless and even in her final years the caregivers who supported her grew to love the laughter and smile that never faded. She was beloved by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Frank in 2020 whom she met in high school and married in 1959 at the age of 19.
She is survived by her son Michael of New Hope PA, son Stephen Friedhoff and partner Karen Kruse of New Hope PA, and grandchildren Julia, Erica, Justin, Melissa and Emily.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 from 10:00am-11:00am at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 4700 Long Beach Blvd., Brant Beach with a Mass to follow at 11:00am. Burial will follow immediately at St. Mary's Cemetery, Beachview Ave., Manahawkin, NJ
