She is survived by her loving daughter Adrienne Mitchell.
Justine worked as a Toll Collector for the Garden State Parkway for 25 years.
She loved going to the beach and was a fan of the AC/DC band. She also enjoyed cooking, especially Polish and Ukrainian food.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date by the family.
