Michael Scott Gilchrist

Michael is survived by his wife, Kathy (Caravas) Gilchrist, his daughter, Sandra Marie and his sons, Michael Scott Jr. and Phillip Carmine and his step-son, Dimitry Caravas. He is also survived by his parents, Richard Scott and Catherine (Trezza) Gilchrist, and his sister, Cathy Ann, his many beloved Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and second Cousins.

Michael was a previous member of the Orange Elks # 135. He was a coach for the past couple of years for his oldest son's baseball teams. He was a devoted fan of the NY Yankees and the Miami Dolphins.

His life was about spending time with his three children.

He will be missed by all.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 from 3:00pm-7:00pm at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 145 Mt. Pleasant Ave., Livingston, NJ. A Funeral Home service will be held at 6:30.
