
Grew up spending summers at family home in Point Pleasant Beach.
Always had a passion for the ocean, boating, swimming, fishing, snorkeling, and water skiing.
Spent many years vacationing in the in Bahamas and most recently Siesta Key Florida.
Graduated from Union High School in 1966 and went on to Graduate from Rutgers School of Pharmacy.
Started working at Surf City Pharmacy and purchased it in 1975.
A wonderful, caring, compassionate pharmacist and friend to all. He is an icon in Surf City and will be deeply missed.
Preceded in death by parents Adele and Herman Schmidt, Survived by loving wife Michon Jenkin, sister Nancy (Stewart) Fischer, daughter Ashley Jenkin-Segal, in laws Tom and Mary Jenkin, sisters in law Kim (Greg) Nevins, Tammie Jenkin, nieces and nephews Sean and Kristina Nevins, Marc Siara, Korrin (George) Carrieri, Joilyn (David) Grace, Erik (Danielle) Siara, great nephew Keegan, great niece Kierney, cousins Karen( Jules) Fienman, Walter (Grace) Williams.
