Roberta graduated from St. Aloysius Academy, Jersey City. She was a swimmer, lifeguard, ice skater, avid bowler, coached a girls' basketball team and a was the drummer in a marching band.
Roberta was self-educated and had a thirst for knowledge. She worked her way up from a receptionist to the financial comptroller of a car dealership. She carried her mother's traditions of cooking for an army, making crafts, painting, baking cookies, and most especially her famous "cream puffs."
Atlantic City brought her happiness-----win or lose. As the matriarch of our family and others, she mentored children of Ocean County upon her early retirement and relocation to Manahawkin and was always the "go to" for everyone in a time of need. Listening and giving with her whole heart was certainly her specialty.
