He was born on February 2, 1987 in New Brunswick, and grew up in Englishtown and Manalapan, before moving to Manahawkin two years ago.
Stephen was the son of Barbara and Francis Falotico, Jr.
Stephen faced many challenges in his life, but always remained strong. His bright eyes and happy demeanor brought joy to those around him.
Stephen was predeceased by his grandparents Virginia and George Kish, Sr. and Marcia Falotico, as well as his uncle, Thomas Kish.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Christopher and Nicholas; his grandfather Francis Falotico Sr.; his aunts and uncles George and Barbara Kish, Patricia and Joseph Coyle, William and Susan Falotico, and Dawn and Scott Burkett; his cousins Caitlin, Brian (Carrie) and Kerry Coyle, Brenda and Sharon Kish, and Shannon and William Falotico; his beloved dog, Bailey; his housemates at the Marlin Group home; and the many loving and caring staff members from NJID.

A memorial service will be held at the Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home, 10 Hilliard Dr., Manahawkin on Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and again from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Interment will be held 10:00am on Friday, June 25, 2021 at Franklin Memorial Park, Route 27, North Brunswick, NJ.
