Alan had an incredible sense of humor and was truly the most kind, gentle, and wonderful man.
Alan is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ruth Cooper; son Michael Cooper; son Steven Cooper and his wife Michelle; daughter Julie Kaye and her husband Jon; and four grandchildren: Dylan Cooper, Samanatha Cooper, Matthew Kaye and, Ryan Kaye.
Mr. Cooper was predeceased by his parents Max and Lillian Cooper.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726 followed by a committal service at 12:30 PM at Floral Park Cemetery, 104 Deans Rhode Hall Road, South Brunswick, New Jersey 08852.
Shiva will be observed at the residence of Alan and Ruth on Monday after the burial until 9:00 PM as well as on Tuesday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Minyan on Monday at 7:30 PM.
