Neustater, Allen, age 78, died on Monday, Oct. 7, 2013 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Florence (nee Hart), his children, Brett & Laura Neustater, Wendi & Douglas Adams, Craig & Joanne Neustater and Tricia & Jason Miller. Allen is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law Bernice & Steve Mizels and a sister-in-law, Brenda Hart as well as his 11 grandchildren. Born in the Bronx, Allen has lived in Marlboro for the last 40 years and prior to that Brooklyn. He is a graduate of New York University and is the founder and president of Gemtor Inc. a safety equipment manufacturer located in Matawan, NJ since 1985. Services were held Wednesday under the direction of Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Manalapan, NJ
