Born in Minsk, Belarus, she was a Holocaust Survivor and lost most of her family in the war. She immigrated to the United States.
Surviving is her loving husband of 65 years, Mulya; her children: Dmitry Patent and his wife Irina, and Zinaida Sagalov and her husband Felix; her grandchildren: Gary, Nicole, Irina, and David; and 3 great-grandchildren: Hannah, Alexander, and Aria.
Anna will be remembered by everyone who knew her as a kind and caring person. Her favorite saying was "How can I help?" and was ready to be there for anyone in need. From cooking and cleaning at family holidays, to offering free haircuts and dinners as a barber, she wanted to take care of everyone around her.
A funeral service will be held for Anna on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at 11AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan. Interment will immediately follow at Mt. Sinai Cemetery, Marlboro.
Memorial contributions may be made in Anna's name to the American Diabetes Association -or- the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
