Barbara is survived by her son Maurice Hallivis and his wife Cathy; daughter Michele Hallivis and her husband Steven Feinstein; son Albert Hallivis; brother Mitchell Baskin and his wife Beverly; and six grandchildren: Sabrina Hallivis, Cassidy Hallivis, Aaron Hallivis, Arianna Feinstein, Sammy Feinstein, and Sophia Feinstein.
Mrs. Hallivis was predeceased by her spouse Solomon Hallivis in 2019 and her parents Sol and Rita Baskin.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 12:30 PM at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07095 immediately followed by the burial.
Shiva will be observed at the residence of Maurice and Cathy Hallivis.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
