Dear Ashna & Family-
 I was saddened to learn of Bernie's recent passing. Bernie lived life to the fullest and he loved his family above all. I enjoyed working with Bernie at IBM.  As a new manager, he was always ready to offer advice and share sales anecdotes. He was also my "sales plan guru" offering me- and everyone else in the unit- advice on how to make the most money and commissions based on the newly announced plan. It was always a joy to send Bernie to the 100% Club..and even to the Golden Circle.
I know that you have many treasured memories of your lives together and I hope these memories will sustain you and your family in the days and weeks to come.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Bernie’s passing.  I so looked forward to his annual summer call, reminiscing about old times at IBM, and on family, Judaism, and life.

Bernie mentored me as an account SE and changed the course of my IBM career when he took me on as his sales partner.  As a team, we accomplished much at Dow Jones and McGraw Hill, with Bernie at the helm.  As a female rep, in the days when that was still a novelty, Bernie gave me support and confidence, although I think I challenged him, too!  

I was honored to have both Bernie and Ashna at my bat mitzvah in 2016, and treasure the love that they’ve shown me over the years. Bernie’s memory will, indeed, bless me and us all.

Susan and I were so saddened by the passing of my friend and IBM colleague, Bernie. We always enjoyed our times together, and I so cherished our many days at IBM together.  I still remember the day I first met Bernie in the Media branch office. 
So Many fond memories will be with me always. I know how much Bernie loved you and his family. My God be with all of you in the days ahead. I will miss him.

Dear Pincus Family.  I am so glad that I was able to be with you for Bernie's service and burial service.  Listening to the wonderful stories shared by the family and Rabbi about Bernie's incredible love of life helped bring some closure and peace of mind.  He was such a positive, delightful human being.  We could all take a page from his book and embrace life as he did.  I know life is going to be very difficult without him, but I'm confident that the beautiful, loving bond your family enjoys will help you all through the most difficult moments. I am very grateful to have known him and to have experienced the joy he brought to every family gathering.

Ashna, I am so heartbroken for you and the family.  I always found comfort knowing you and Bernie were right next door for the past 40 years. I hope you know I am here for you.
