Betty Samberg

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, on October 8, 1927, Betty was the beloved wife of the late Saul Samberg. She was an avid mahjong player who treasured time spent laughing with friends. Above all, she was fiercely devoted to her family and was a loving and protective mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is lovingly remembered by her children, Larry (Eileen), Arthur (Lynn), and Marilyn (Epi); her grandchildren, Leah (Brian), Matthew (Diana), Mark (Cody), Stuart (Amy), Joshua (Jessica), and Jared (Mikhaela); and her cherished great-grandchildren, Sam, Seth, Morris, Isaac, Joey, Jayden, Noah, Charlotte, Ainsley, Avery, and Cory.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Knollwood Park Cemetery, Glendale, Queens, New York.
