David is survived by his spouse of 42 years, Rosalyn Katz; son Ari Katz and his wife Jane Ulitskaya; daughter Leslie Williams and her husband Jacob; sister Lynda Katz; sister Suzanne Katz; three grandchildren: Jonah Williams, Walter Williams, and Andre Katz; and many beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
He was predeceased by his brother Michael Katz and parents Philip and Josephine Katz.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on June 5, 2026 at Floral Park Cemetery, 104 Deans Rhode Hall Road, Monmouth Junction (South Brunswick), New Jersey 08852. All guests are asked to meet at the cemetery office at 10:30am.
Shiva will be observed at the residence of David and Rosalyn on Friday after the burial and from Sunday to Wednesday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Minyanim will be at 7:00 pm from Saturday to Wednesday.
