Esther Cohen

Born in Havana, Cuba, Esther migrated to the United States in 1939 to the Bronx, NY. She grew up in the Bronx, raised her family in Brooklyn, and retired in NJ.

She was employed by Financial Technology Inc., Manhattan, NY as a Computer Graphics and Presentations Manager. Esther was very talented, always doing Arts & Crafts, Origami, Baking, making professional looking family videos for birthdays and Crocheting.

Esther was predeceased by both her sister Pearl Auerbach and her husband Allen

Surviving is her husband Sidney Cohen, her sons Michael Cohen and his wife Karen, Carl Cohen and his wife Beth, her Brother Joseph Leano and his wife Maxine, 5 grandchildren Lauren Mosery and her husband Chad, Matthew Cohen, Melanie Cohen, Scott Cohen and Brian Cohen.

Funeral services for Esther will be held Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Bloomfield Cooper Jewish Chapels, Manalapan, New Jersey. Burial will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge, NJ

Shiva will be observed at the Cohen residence, 82 Beth Page Dr, Monroe, NJ 4pm until 8pm.

For those who could not attend the funeral, the service was live streamed on Zoom.
