Mrs. Rosen is survived by her daughter Stacey Menzorio and her husband Anthony; son David Rosen and his girlfriend Jamie Pitts; daughter Lisa Buchan and her husband William; grandson Michael Menzorio; granddaughter Danielle Menzorio; grandson William Buchan; and grandson Brandon Buchan.
Francine was preceded in death by her husband Stephen Rosen in February 2019 and her brother Barry Siegel.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726 immediately followed by an entombment at 12:45 PM at Beth Israel Cemetery, Temple of Israel Mausoleum,1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07095.
