She is survived by her devoted husband: Frank, her loving children: Benjamin, Ilene, and Chris, and her grandkids Sophia and Dylan. She is also survived by her dear brother and his wife: Michael and Evelyn Pollack. We will all miss her very much. Gilda was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was smart, funny, sentimental, caring, and thoughtful. An animal lover, Gilda loved her daschund Maxine more than anything, and the two were inseparable. When she wasn't thinking about what she could do for her family, Gilda loved nothing more than to enjoy a good book or movie. As a teacher in New York City and New Jersey, she inspired her students, but she has inspired no one more than the family she left behind. She will be missed by us all.
