He was the former owner of 2nd Avenue Queensboro Bar and Buffet, Queens, NY retiring in 1986. He was pre-deceased by his wife: the late Deborah (nee Rudniska) Singer in 2004. He is survived by his daughter and their husbands:Esther & Kent Volet , Rena & Steve Toubin, both of Manalapan, NJ. He is also survived by five grandchildren. Services will be held at "BLOOMFIELD-COOPER JEWISH CHAPELS" 44 Wilson Avenue (Route #527 North) Manalapan, NJ on Sunday October 21, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge, NJ
