Mr. Levine is survived by his spouse Lee of 64 years; son Marc Levine and his wife Louann; son Kenneth Levine and his wife Daniella; sister Phyllis Ratchik; grandson Ethan Levine; grandson Noah Levine; granddaughter Isabella Levine; granddaughter Jessica Levine; and grandson Jake Levine.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 11:30 AM at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07726 immediately followed by a burial.
Shiva will be observed at Herbert and Lee's residence on Friday after the burial until 5:00 PM as well as on Sunday and Monday from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
