Howard is survived by his wife Phyllis, his daughter Deborah (Laurence) Richards, his sister Judy Slipian, and his granddaughters.
Funeral Services will be held in the mausoleum chapel at Mt. Sinai Cemetery on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 1:00pm. Burial will follow on the cemetery grounds.
The family will be sitting shiva at their residence on Wednesday after the burial from 5:00-7:30pm, and Thursday from 12:00-3:00pm, and 4:30pm-7:00pm.
