Ira was my husband's accountant, Loris Holland, for close to 30 years. He was more of an Uncle to my husband and after my husband and I were married he became that for both of us. He was the steady voice of reason who took care of everything. He was more than an accountant. He was a reliable, trustworthy friend. Our heart goes out to Ira's family. How proud he was of them. Our deepest condolences.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Ira's family. Ira was a one of a kind good hearted and talented soul, a rare breed, in the tough business of music. He tought me a great deal over the years and was always there when needed. I often told people that I was his smallest client. Nevertheless, Ira made me feel like I was his biggest one. The world was a better place with him in it. Rest in peace my friend.

I am at a loss for words. Ira was my husband Tommy Boyce's close friend and accountant and was there for my like a father when Tommy passed away and for the years that followed. My heart and prayers go out for his family, friends and associates. He was a great man with a kind heart and will be sadly missed by so many. In Deepest Sympathy ... Caroline Boyce, Nashville TN
