Irwin is survived by his son Neil Goldstein and his wife Victoria; daughter Ilene Goldstein-Harnett and her husband John; daughter Michele Donnelly and her husband Michael; brother Lawrence Goldstein and his wife Susan; granddaughter Perri Goldstein; granddaughter Harli Ullo and her husband Christopher; grandson Corey Donnelly and his wife Shelly; granddaughter Lauren Harnett; grandson Matthew Harnett; granddaughter Jessica Cropley and her husband Tyler; granddaughter Mya Donnelly and her fiancé Richard Garretson; and four great-grandchildren: Mason Donnelly, Emery Ullo, Eliana Donnelly, and Romy Ullo.
He was predeceased by his wife Elaine Goldstein; sister Marilyn Miller; and parents Harry and Betty Goldstein.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 12:30 pm at Beth Israel Cemetery in the Sanctuary of Israel Mausoleum Chapel, 1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07095.
Shiva will be observed on Friday after the services at the residence of Michele and Michael.
