Born in Dolhinov, Poland, he immigrated to the United States in 1949. He has resided in Monroe Twps. for the last 27 years.
He was a Holocaust Survivor.
Jack was employed by the Roselle Park Board of Education as a music teacher.
Graveside Services for Jack will be held Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 12:30 PM at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1098 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, NJ 07095.
Shiva will be held at the home of Brian & Jill Chevlin, 8 Marian Dr, West Windsor, NJ 08550 after funeral services till 4pm & 7pm - 9pm with shiva minyan at 8pm. On Wednesday October 1, 2025 at 11am - 2pm
